Public’s Perception of Halal Food Tourism at Speciality Restaurants in Bandung

This study aims to reveal the public’s perception and management’s perspective about halal food tourism at speciality restaurants in Bandung. The background of this is there are still many producers products that not necessarily yet certified by authorities (MUI) but they have claimed be with their producers. research uses a qualitative method. results showed some respondents did understand very well related concept food. All agreed government Indonesian Ulema Council right issue certificates. As for potential Indonesia, it evenly distributed, because only few regions or certain tourist attractions started optimize program. strategy developing Indonesia can certainly managed sector closely related. conclusion from must model so used as platform. Therefore, role society needed develop tourism.
